Dear Swim Team Families,

I HAVE MISSED YOU AND I KNOW YOU HAVE MISSED MY EMAILS! :) It’s time to start registering for summer swim! We hope you are as excited as we are for the 2023 Aqua Demons swim season. This summer we get to host four teams at our pool and we can’t wait to show them how much fun we have at Clemmons West.

This year our head coach will be Kelley Cundiff. If you didn’t see her introduction on our Facebook page, here is a note from Kelley:

Hello, my name is Coach Kelley. I am excited to join your team this year as head coach! I have coached a year round swim team for 5 years, summer league for 2 and have been teaching swim lessons for ages 6 weeks to 90 years old for 9 years. I am passionate about everyone learning to swim or becoming a better swimmer! This summer I look forward to getting to know your swimmer and your families. Summer swim is about having fun and gaining friendships, with a side of competition. Let's go 2023!

We are thrilled to welcome her to Clemmons West. Coaches Alex, Lilly and Sydney will be back, joining her on the deck.

Swimtopia will still be the main source of all registrations, volunteering, etc. this year. You can access it through the web at CW Aqua Demons or with the Swimtopia app. You should see a “Register Now” button on the top right hand of the page.

Like last year, if you have a child, or know a child, who is interested in the swim team but maybe still have questions about ability or requirements please contact me before registering. Sign ups for boot camp will happen through me and not through Swimtopia.

Remember, to be a member of the swim team, you must be a member of the Clemmons West Pool. If you do not want other members of your family to join, you may purchase a swim team only membership. This would mean your swimmer is only allowed to be at the pool during swim team activities. You can find information about CWRA membership here: CWRA Membership
